Obituary of Serena Vogel

VOGEL, Serena Serena passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends, at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, on Wednesday, February 8, 2012, in her 41st year. Loved daughter of Ria and the late Joseph Vogel. Dear sister of Craig (Jennifer) and Terri (Brian). Cherished aunt of Amanda, Steven, Shauna and 4 day old Daniel. Serena had a vibrant and outgoing personality and will be lovingly remembered by a host of friends as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Special thanks to the staff of St. Joseph's Hospital and the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for all of their compassion and care. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Sunday from 1-5 p.m. Prayers along with Tributes to Serena, will be held on Sunday at 4:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Incarnation of Our Blessed Lord Parish (Nash Rd. and Barton St.) on Monday, February 13 at 9:30 a.m. Inurnment Our Lady of The Angels Cemetery.
