Obituary of Serafina (Sara) Visocchi

VISOCCHI, Serafina (Sara) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Serafina, in her 83rd year. Wife to Fortunato (Frank) and mother to Tullio Visocchi (Eva) and Beatrice Costello (Bill). Loving grandmother to Adrienne & Diana Visocchi and Caitlin & Gemma Costello. Predeceased by sister Julia Volante (Miama, FL). Survived by her brother Alfredo Volante (Italy) and brother-in-law Renato & Ninetta Visocchi (Italy) and many nieces and nephews. Many will remember her for the good times as the owner of Sidonia Hall (1967-1980). Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME 36 Lake Ave. Dr., Stoney Creek on Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Assumption Church on Monday, April 14th at 10 a.m. Interment Our Lady of The Angels Cemetery.
