Obituary of Daly Boyce

BOYCE, Daly (Red) On his 53rd Wedding Anniversary, suddenly at home on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Annette (nee Brown). Dear father of Chris and his wife Miriam and Jerry Boyce. Father-in- law to Terri Johns. Lovingly remembered by his 2 grandsons Justin and Christopher Kyle. Brother of Shirley Fratoni, Gary Boyce (Mary) , Brenda Boyce, Terry Dundas (Dave) , Judy Brown (Jerry) and Wendy Boyce. Predeceased by his sister Joanne Dubois. Red was a member of the Optimist Club, Stoney Creek, member of Local 67, Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Union, former chairman of the Stoney Creek Flag Day Parade for many years and was a Pin Boy and avid bowler at the Bar-Don Bowling Lanes in Stoney Creek. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
