Obituary of Andreis (Andy) Tukleris

TUKLERIS, Andreis (Andy) Passed away, in his 95th year, on Monday, March 8, 2010 after a brief illness at Hamilton General Hospital. Beloved husband of Margareta. Cherished father of Inara and husband Richard Hart, Zigrida and husband Imants Ziedins, Elizabeth and husband Peter Chiaculas, Anita Reeves. Grandfather of Lija, Antra and Andreijs. Great-grandfather of Aija and Aivi. Predeceased by siblings Janis and Kersta of Latvia, Margareta of Hamilton, Mikels of Toronto and Valdis of Florida. Andy was a long time employee of Stelco Local 1005. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday, March 12, 2010 from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 2:30 p.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery. In Andy's memory, donations for orphaned children C/O Christ Latvian Lutheran Church (18 Victoria Ave. S., Hamilton, ON, L8N 2S6) would be appreciated by the family.
