My condolences to D'Arcy and all of Jamie's family.
I only had the priveledge of meeting Jamie in person twice, but we shared quite a few conversations on Facebook. Our life situation with our ex's was very similar, and unfortunately, both of our lives were affected by cancer. It was his positive outlook and strength that has helped me get through a couple of very difficult times. Jamie had a understanding and compassion that was truely unique. I consider him a great friend.
Thank-you for your time Jamie, you have no idea how much I appreciated your thoughts and kind words.

I knew Jamie when I was a member of Stoney Creek Toastmasters. It has been a couple of years since I last saw him and for that reason, it came as a shock for me to hear that he recently passed away following a courageous battle with cancer.
I will always remember Jamie as someone who was full of life. I admired his public speaking skills, especially his ability to pull speeches out of a hat. He entertained us and I learned so much just by watching him.
The world has lost a great person. My prayers and thoughts are with his entire family.
