Obituary of Violet Etta Theobald

THEOBALD, Violet Etta (nee Scarlett) Peacefully at Pine Villa Nursing Home, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday, December 21, 2011, in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Rodney Theobald. Devoted mother of Kenneth (Marcy) of Toronto, Donald (Marlene) of Hamilton and Gerald (Connie) of Willoughby, Ohio. Dear grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Violet has left behind friends in Windsor where she resided for 62 years. She will be greatly missed for her kind and pleasant ways and her terrific sense of humour. Her family is very grateful for the loving care she received from the staff of the Pine Villa. Thank you also to Dr. Ambis for all of his care and compassion. Friends will be received at Binbrook Baptist Church, 3060 Binbrook Rd., Binbrook, on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 from 1 p.m. until the Funeral Service at 2:30 p.m. Interment will take place later in Rodney, Ontario.
