TAMBERELLI, Connie (nee Tluczek) Suddenly, at Hamilton General Hospital, on Thursday, February 24, 2011 in her 48th year. Cherished wife of Paul. Loving mother of Nicholas and Sam. Beloved daughter of John and Helen Tluczek. Dear sister of Paul, Janice, John Jr. and David. Devoted daughter-in-law of Elizabeth Tamberelli. Special thanks to the Hamilton General ICU staff for their care. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 10 a.m. Interment Our Lady of The Angels Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations the Heart and Stroke Foundation or St. Joseph’s Healthcare would be appreciated by the family.
