STARRS, George Brugos Sr. Unexpectedly at his residence on Sunday, January 25, 2009 in his 60th year. Beloved father of George Jr. and his wife Kelly. Cherished grandfather of Lauren Sharon Donna Starrs. Dear brother of Ted and his wife Bernice, Mike and his companion Jean, Treena Jarrett, Teresa and her husband John Arnold and predeceased by Joan Huot, Bill Starrs and Bonnie Sardella. Predeceased by his parents Bill and Aileen Starrs. Will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 from 3pm until the time of the Memorial Service at 5pm. In George’s memory, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. You will hold a special place in our hearts.
