Obituary of Percival Stacey

STACEY, Percival Peacefully at Macassa Lodge on Thursday, September 27, 2012 in his 98th year. Beloved husband of 74 years to his late wife Ella (2010). Beloved father of late daughters Barbara (2009) and Cindy (2011). Sadly missed by son-in-law Edward, grandchildren Wendy, Steve, Tim and great-grandchildren Sarah, Jordan, Cole, Aidan and Kinley. Dearly missed by brother Art Stacey and many nephews and nieces. Predeceased by brothers Harold, Les, Owen, Hank, Ray and Roy. Percy did what he loved to do, “golf” regularly until he was 94 years of age at his favourite Southbrook Golf Course. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Macassa Lodge “D” Wing for their kindness and care. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Service will be held at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, October 1, 2012 at 1 p.m. Interment at a later date.
