Obituary of Arpad (Art) Somody

SOMODY, Arpad (Art) Peacefully at St. Peter's Hospital in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Patricia Somody (Rapchuk) deceased January 9, 2008. Deeply loved step-father of Patricia Kobzar of Mississauga and Natalie Wilson of White Rock, B.C. Cherished "Papa Art" of Nicholas and his wife Alicia, Larissa and Alexis and great-grandfather of Ethan and Evan. Art was a retiree of the Ford Motor Company in Oakville. He was active as a Mason and was a past president of the Hungarian Club of Hamilton. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service for the Interment of both Arpad Somody and Patricia Somody will be held on Monday, July 26, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Woodland Cemetery; together forever and always.
