We are saddened to hear of Bruce’s death, and would like to extend our sympathies to Bruce’s wife and family.
I had the privilege of working with Bruce for almost thirty years.
He was one of the kindest and most generous persons I have met during my working career. His joy of life was infectious, if there was a card game at lunch time or a ball game after work, Bruce would be the one organizing it. He will be greatly missed by those who worked with him at Dufferin.

Bruce was a classmate through elementary school and we continued to be in the same circle of friends through high school. He always wore a smile and could make you do the same whether you wanted to or not. He had a compassionate heart and over the years has raised many warm memories of good times with the Mountain View, Orchard Park, Creek friends.
Our condolences to Bruce's family, he will be greatly missed.

The news of Bruce's passing was received with great sorrow. I will always remember Bruce as a lively, friendly guy with a wonderful wit and sense of humour. Although I have not seen him or many classmates of EMBA 93 since my return to Montreal, the fond memories of that moment in our lives will always be cherised. Bruce will be remembered in our hearts.
My deepest condolonces .

To the Simpson family,
My deepest condolences on your loss. May you all have the strength and faith to accept his place with his Creator. As a colleague of Bruce during the EMBA program, he struck me as a true gentleman and was well liked by all. My prayers and may his soul rest in peace. With fond memories.

As an EMBA colleague of Bruce, I remember his natural affability and amazing sense of humor. I found him to be a giving and gentle soul. This quote reminds me of Bruce ..."We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give",
our deepest sympathies to the Simpson family.

I am finding it very hard to put into words my feelings over the loss of Bruce. He and the rest of you have always been part of my life since the day your mother my beloved Aunt Bea helped deliver me into this world. She was a very important part of my life and I always felt that you all are part of my family.
For health reason I can`t be there in person but you all are in my heart, my thoughts and prayers through this trying time.
Love
Pat

I have shed many a tear over the last few days as I thought of Bruce. I first met him in the the U of T EMBA program, but he became connected to many aspects of my life. He was a great friend, amazing sense of humour, quick wit, caring. As our friendship grew we discovered my father, Robert Elliott, was his English teacher at Orchard Park. We also discovered that my good friend Teresa Burns (now Bucknall) was good friends with Carol. Then he gave me a job at CHIC with a whole new circle of friends. I remember him bringing me a beautiful azela to my house warming because we both loved gardening. We golfed a number of times and he always told me he could fix my game - he tried its still bad. He was a great friend - I will treasure my memories of him.

I grew up with Bruce. We were in hockey, baseball, football, scouting for many years. His mom was always the nurse at our days in scouting at camp. We went to Orchard Park as well. Our whole gang used to go smelt fishing at his house at the lake. I last saw Bruce at a Monster Truck show a few years ago. He was a good friend.
Condolences to the family. Dave and Sandi Kelly.
