Obituary of John Sheldrake

SHELDRAKE, John It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather on November 25, 2011. Devoted husband to Donna. Cherished father to Cam, Beth (Ray), Laura (Mark) and Dave (Shelly). Loving Grandpa to John, Noah and Ella. Dear brother to Elizabeth (John), Marion (George) and brother-in-law to Jim (Louise). His family always came first. John's passions included gardening, a three time recipient of the Trillium Award, woodworking and sports. John was the past president of The Toast Masters of Hamilton and member of The Stoney Creek Baptist Church. Special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff in the PACU at The Juravinski Hospital for their care and compassion. A private family service has been held with interment at White Chapel Memorial Gardens Cemetery. "You lived for those you loved. You will continue to live in the hearts of those who loved you in return."
