Evelyn,
You don't know me but I thought I would take a moment to talk to you about my friend Noel. I had the pleasure of working with him as a service provider to Royal to Home Depot for about 2 years and prior at the Home Depot Canada as a merchant. As VP of Cross Canada Services I spent much time with Noel in business. Last year we spent a week together touring stores in the Vancouver area. I came to know him quite well and we talked often; sometimes even about business! We would enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the days work and just talk.
He talked much about you on that trip as we both missed our best friends that week.
After that trip he would send me email notifications on the Orvis catalog as he new that I am a fisherman.
He made a very strong impression on me and I think of him often. I will miss him, and his partnership but his smile will be with me always.

Evelyn, my deepest sympathy goes out to you and your family during these difficult times. I have many great memories of Noel who I considered a friend and someone I thoroughly enjoyed being around at the golf course or in a social atmosphere, he always had a way to make people laugh and smile! We will miss him greatly.
