SAYEJ, Edward January 31, 1968 - December 17, 2007 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Edward Sayej, at his parents home, surrounded by his loving family, after a long and courageous battle. Devoted son of Samih and Nazirah. Loving brother of Richard and his wife Sarah, David and his fiancée Patricia and Robert and his wife Antonette. Proud uncle of Alexandria, Joseph, Dylan and Anthony. He will be fondly remembered by his many friends and relatives. Edward was a graduate of Saltfleet High School and McMaster University. He was a well respected and loyal employee at Cooper Standard in Mitchell, Ontario where he worked for many years as a plant chemist. Family and friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Ave. Dr., Stoney Creek on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be held Thursday afternoon at 3:45 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Assumption Church (63 Regional Road 20, Upper Stoney Creek) on Friday, December 21 at 10 a.m. Entombment will follow at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery in Stoney Creek. www.donaldvbrown.ca
