Obituary of Larry Sauers

SAUERS, Larry Peacefully, after a short battle with cancer, at St. Peter's Hospital on Tuesday, June 9, 2009, at the age of 73, with his wife and sister-in-law Muriel by his side. Loving husband and companion of Evelyn. Cherished father of Scott, Richard, Lisa and Greg Jones, Kim and Bill Wray. Dear grandfather of Scott and Jessica Sauers, Mackenzie, Madeline and Nathaniel Wray. Special thanks to the staff of ICU and 6 West at Hamilton General Hospital and the staff of 2 West at St. Peter's Hospital. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
