Obituary of Irma Winnifred Salmon

SALMON, Irma Winnifred (Packham) Peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital on Friday, December 26, 2008, in her 78th year. Beloved wife of Lawrence for 55 years. Dear mother of Lynne Salmon and Laird Eisler, Valerie and George Copeland, Sharon and Greg MacDougall and Ron Salmon. Loved grandmother of Caitlin Salmon-Eisler, Ryan, Kamille, Shannon and Nicholas Copeland and Joshua and Brett MacDougall. Special great-grandmother of Iesha Copeland. Predeceased by her parents Herbert and Laura Packham and by her brother Mark. Sister-in-law to Charles Salmon, Joyce and the late Howard Salmon and the late Ross and Lillian Salmon. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. A Private Family Interment at Knox Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Binbrook will be held on Tuesday, December 30 followed by a Memorial Service at Heritage Green Presbyterian Church (Isaac Brock Dr. and Mud St., Stoney Creek) at 2 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
