Obituary of Edward Alexander Robinson
ROBINSON, Edward Alexander
January 8, 1930-August 24, 2012
It is with profound sadness that we announce “Uncle Ed’s” passing at the Juravinski Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. “To the world you were just one man, but to us ...you were our world”. Lovingly remembered by Vince, Carolyn (Murray), Barbara (John), Kathryn (Trent), Vincent and Jeannie. Also survived by his brother Tom (Sharon), sisters-in-law Vivian and Jeanne. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Alfred and Janet, brothers Jack, Jim (Jean), Joe and sister Jean (Bob). Ed enjoyed a successful career as a builder
“changing the horizon for over 50 years ...one home at a time”. He will always be remembered as a compassionate, caring man known for his love of family, friends, horses and his little dog Misty. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
Donald V. Brown Funeral Home
His dreams are seldom spoken
His wants are very few
And most of the time his worries
Will go unspoken too.
He’s there ...a firm foundation
Through all the storms of life.
A sturdy hand to hold to
In times of stress and strife.
A true friend we can turn to
When times are good or bad
One of our greatest blessings
Is the man that we once had.
