My sympathies are extended to the family at this sad time. David lived a very long and rewarding life and leaves many fine people to carry on the family name.
Just want the family to know that my eldest son, Rob, is a kidney specialist who left Toronto to practice in Calgary at Foothills Hospital where he met his wife, a cancer surgeon. They have two children and the younger of the two, they named "Ella". I was so pleased when they shared this decision with me.
So, another family name carries on yet further.
