Obituary of Violet Plunkett

PLUNKETT, Violet At the Hamilton General Hospital on Thursday, June 7, 2012, in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Lyle Plunkett. Loved mother of John, Gary and the late Beverley. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Steven, Jeffery, Jennifer, Daniel, Jason, Ryan and Joshua. Survived by her sister Rose Ritchie and will be missed by her nieces and nephews. Violet was a longtime member of Cheyne Presbyterian Church. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Cheyne Presbyterian Church, 7 King St. W. at First St. S., Stoney Creek on Monday, June 11, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
