Obituary of Patricia E. Pierce

PIERCE, Patricia E. Peacefully at the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Grimsby, on Wednesday, August 20, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Arnold Pierce (April 16, 1986). Dear mother of Leslie and his wife Beth of London, Ontario and Joanne and her husband Roland Henley of Beamsville, Ontario. Cherished Nana of Sarah Elizabeth and Cory Philip Henley, also of Beamsville. Dear sister of Fred and Amy, both in England. Predeceased by sisters May and Elizabeth and her brother Tom. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in England. Pat will be fondly remembered by her extended family Barbara, Gail and Lisa. The family would like to extend their appreciation to Shirley for being there when it really counted, you were a true friend to the end. Cremation and a private interment at Mount Osborne Cemetery have taken place. All are invited to a Celebration of Pat's Life at St. John's Presbyterian Church, 10 Mountain St., Grimsby on Saturday, August 23 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, The Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
