Obituary of Lorne Kenneth Nunnerley

NUNNERLEY, Lorne Kenneth It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Lome in his ninety-third year. He quietly passed away the morning of December 18, 2007, at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Marjorie (Herbert). Loving father of Linda E. Matthews and her husband Michael, and the late Janice Green. Dear grandfather of Derek Matthews and his wife Lara, and great-grandfather of Gavin and Keenan. Dear brother of Howard. Predeceased by his sister Nona Smith. Lorne will also be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. Lorne was a retiree of Proctor and Gamble, he had many accomplishments in his long life but the greatest legacy was his loyalty and commitment in all he chose to do; especially in his relationships. He will be sadly missed by family, friends, neighbours and long time acquaintances. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 22nd at 11 a.m. at Our Saviour The Redeemer Anglican Church, Lake Avenue South, Stoney Creek.
