Obituary of Charles (Chuck) Nevills

NEVILLS, Charles (Chuck) It is with love and sadness the family announces his peaceful passing, in his 76th year, at McMaster Medical Centre on Friday, March 6, 2009. Best friend of Kate. Loved father of Karen and her husband Rick Tosello, Linda and Andrew and his wife Sandra. Cherished "bubba" of Lindsay and Karley, Ally and Krista and Alexander. Affectionately remembered by Kate's family, Melony, Lisa, Richard and their children. Predeceased by his first love and the mother of his children Shirley (1982), his mother Viola, father Andrew, stepfather Abbey and brother Andy. Survived by his sisters Helen and Patricia. He will be missed by many special nieces and nephews and lifelong dear friends. Raised on the beach strip and served in the Navy, his love of the water continued with his love of 50 Point. His zest for life and irrepressible wit made him loved by all and irreplaceable. The family will receive friends at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 1907 King Street East, Hamilton.
