Obituary of Reta Gertrude Nason

NASON, Reta Gertrude (Hodges) Went to be with her Saviour, on Thursday, March 19, 2009, in her 89th year. Beloved wife of Art Nason. Dear mother of Doug (Lorraine) of Parry Sound, Rick (MaryJo) of Hamilton, Cheryl (Bruce Holloway) of Smithville and Warren of Hamilton. Lovingly remembered by her nine devoted grandchildren, and her nineteen precious great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her sister, Claire Clement of Stoney Creek, her brother Lewis of Nova Scotia, her sister-in-law Elsie (Ron) of N.S., her nieces, nephews and other relatives. Predeceased by her brother Ron Hodges and sister Florence Brennan. She will be missed by her pets, Sheba and Smokey. Special thanks to Dr. Cook and her caring staff at St. Joseph's Hospital I.C.U., and to Pastor Roger Ganton of Faith Gospel Church. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. only. Funeral Service to be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, March 23rd at 11 a.m. Interment Mount Hamilton Cemetery.
