Obituary of Sueno Murakami

MURAKAMI, Sueno “Auntie Sue” or simply “Sue” to her friends and family, passed away quietly in her sleep at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Grimsby on Wednesday morning, January 9, 2013 following a brief illness. Predeceased by brothers Shigeo, Masaki, Toshio (Ruth), Butch (May) and sister Mitzi. Survived by eldest sister Fujiye as well as several nieces and nephews, three grand nieces and two great- grand nephews. Her family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses of West Lincoln Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion. A very special thank you to the Maplecrest Village staff and Susan O’Brien of HomeWell Senior Care and her dedicated staff of care givers. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
