Obituary of Barb Montani

MONTANI, Barb October 12, 1939-June 10, 2011 Passed peacefully in her sleep at St. Peter’s Hospital with friends and family by her side. Daughter of the late Henry and Catherine McCready. Greatest Mom to Scott (Anna Maria), Laura (Paul) and Sean (Noelle). Most loved and cherished “Gaw” to Stephen and Jacob. Sister of Marilyn (deceased) and John (Arden). Sister-in-law to Eileen (John). Also left to mourn are nieces, nephews, and many many friends. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday June 14th from 4 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service in the Chapel at 6 p.m. In Barb’s memory, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre, St. Peter’s Hospital, or simply a random act of kindness would be appreciated.
