Obituary of Angelina Mete

METE, Angelina At the Henderson General Hospital, on Monday, 28 July 2008, in her 86th year. Angelina Mete, beloved wife of Philip for 63 years. Dearest mother of Ralph (Judy), Jim (Barbara) and Gina (Yeates) Mete (Sergio Borsatto) and Ron Yeates (Janice). Loving Nonna of Philip (Georgia), Tracey (Dan), Leanne (Chris), Diana (Mark), Daniel (Vanessa), James and Margaret. Nana of Megan, Michael, Harrison, Jaclyn, Brooklyn and Kennedy. Survived by her sisters Rosaria and Luigina and brother Giuseppe. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends in both Canada and Overseas. Special thanks to the ICU team at the Henderson General Hospital for their tremendous care. The family will receive friends at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment in Our Lady of The Angels Cemetery. In memory of Angelina, donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
