Dear Paul and Laura & family
I was stunned to hear of the passing of Maryanne. It's not fair how these things happen to such good people. I can't imagine what you are enduring right now but know that Maryanne will never, ever, be forgotten. Maryanne was one of those people you couldn't help but like and was very well respected, especially in the farming community. I will always remember her defending me when my lip swelled from a bee sting and Laura was making fun of me. Obviously, family is your greatest outlet now but don't forget about the many friends who hold you in their thoughts and prayers.
She will be sorely missed.
Sincerely,
Matt

From the time I met Maryanne at the University of Guelph (probably about 30 years ago now), I always looked up to her as a complete dynamo! I'm sure her generous gifts of time and effort to her community will always be remembered by the many people whose lives she touched.
Dave and I extend our sincere sympathies to you, Paul and Laura at this time. May God hold you tightly in his wide and loving arms.

Sincere condolences and sympathies to Paul, Laura and the rest of the family.
From one sad friend to another:
I will remember Maryanne as a kind and gentle person who always had a smile on her face. I am a much better person for having known her. Maryanne will be remembered most, not from her accomplishments in life, but for how well she lived and how much love she carried in her heart. It has been a long and difficult journey for Maryanne but do know that she is now at peace. Grieving is the ultimate act of love and we know how much all of you loved Maryanne. Losing a loved one is very painful but your love for Maryanne will live on forever. I take great comfort knowing that Maryanne looked up to my mom for inspiration and strength to carry on and now they are together again.
I believe they are the two angels who will now look over all of us. Paul and Laura, I will always be there for you. Never be afraid to give me a call anytime.
Love Linda
