Obituary of Ian McCarthy

McCARTHY, Ian Suddenly at his home in Hamilton on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 in his 69th year. Dear brother of Stuart and his wife Debra and Colin and his wife June. Will be lovingly remembered by his nephews Matthew and Michael and his nieces Paula, Christina, Kimberley and Danielle. Ian served in the Armed Forces and NATO from 1962 until his retirement in 1982. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday, June 11 from 12 noon – 3 p.m. A Private Family Memorial Service will immediately follow.
