Obituary of Christopher Michael Martin

MARTIN, Christopher Michael It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and unexpected death of Christopher Michael Martin, on August 6, 2011, at the age of 53. He leaves his beloved wife Josie and sons Ricky and Robby Chetwynd. Mike will be remembered by his sisters Wendy Collins (Ron), Chris Aldington (Alfred), Joanne Heuckroth (Bill), Theresa Baretta (Rick), and Kathy Martin. Loving son-in-law to Frank and Elizabeth Raduha and brother-in-law to Brian Poulin and Liz Steinbach. Predeceased by his parents George and Nan Martin and his sister Nancy Poulin. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers will be offered at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Gregory the Great Slovenian Church on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery.
