Obituary of Kenneth Glen Lucas

LUCAS, Kenneth Glen At McMaster Medical Centre on Thursday, November 27th, 2008, in his 82nd year, after complications from a fall. Beloved husband and best friend of Winnifred (Andrew) for 56 years. Loving father of Linda (Gary Pope), Marilyn (Robin Ellis) and Paul (Cathy), and devoted grandfather of Jason, Sharon, David, Sarah, Hannah, Joshua, Allison, and Danielle. Ken was a lifelong employee of International Harvester, and a faithful member of First United Couples Club and Choir. Also a member of Stoney Creek Alliance and Paramount Alliance Churches. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME 36 Lake Ave. Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, December 1st at 1.30 p.m. Cremation to follow. In Ken’s memory, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
