Obituary of Jean Rae Love

LOVE, Jean Rae It is with broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of “Oor Wee Mammy” on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Grace Villa Long Term Care in her 92nd year. Ever loving and cherished Mum of Mary “Dorrie” and her husband Ron McKenzie, Jim and his wife Shirley Love and Sharon Love and her fiancé Tommy Oyston. Wee Jeanie has left quite the legacy behind with 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Jean will be sadly missed by her family in Scotland and across Canada. Predeceased by her husband Bill, five brothers and one sister. Many thanks to the caring staff at Grace Villa LTC for their love and support. As per Jean’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Mum’s Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 622, 12 King St. E., Stoney Creek on Sunday, January 20, 2013 from 1-4 p.m. Donald V.
