Obituary of Olive Mae Langdon

LANGDON, Olive Mae (nee Schwendiman) Peacefully in her sleep, on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at the Stoney Creek Lifecare Centre, in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her husband Leslie (Sam). Loved mother of Joan Davies (Bob) and Jackie Langdon. Proud grandmother of Linda St. Pierre and great-grandmother of Kelly, Lukas and David. Survived by her sister Reta Cole and several nephews and nieces. Predeceased by her brother Fred and sisters Fern and Muriel. Mom was a life long resident of Stoney Creek and a long time member of Stoney Creek United Church. In accordance with Olives’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place. The family would like to thank the staff of Stoney Creek Lifecare Centre for their kindness and compassion and Michael Hoshko for his friendship.
