Obituary of Richard Laker

LAKER, Richard Peacefully, on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at St. Peter’s Hospital in his 67th year. He will be missed by his loving wife of 47 years Sarah (nee Durocher). Loving father to Richard (Allison) and Dean (Riena). Cherished grandfather to Ryan, Shawna, Blake and Brandon. Rick is survived by his brothers Stanley, Don (Sheri), Ron (deceased) and sister Sandy. Also survived by his sisters-in-law Alice Borden, Vera Godin, brother-in-law Russell Durocher and many nieces and nephews. At Richard’s request cremation has taken place.
