Obituary of Lynda Kosterewa

KOSTEREWA, Lynda Peacefully on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice surrounded by her loving family, in her 62nd year. Beloved wife of Mike for 43 years. Cherished mother of Michelle McCoy and her husband Scott, Mike Jr. and his wife Lana, Brent and his wife Marie-Eve, and Brad. Loving grandma of Carlie and Jordan McCoy and Danika and Myelle Kosterewa. Loved sister of Marilyn Crawford and her husband Doug, and brother Glen Newcombe. Sister-in-law of Lana, Dale and her husband Brodie, and Donna. Lynda will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Dr. Zubuk and his team at the Juravinski Cancer Centre and to the Palliative Team at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for their care and compassion. Visitation will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Sunday, February 3, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, February 4, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
