Obituary of Hiroshi (Ben) Koshiba

KOSHIBA, Hiroshi (Ben) Peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital on Wednesday, August 13, 2008, in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Kazuko. Loved father of Christine (Craig) and Donna (Richard). Loving Gichan to Leland. Will be missed by his sister Atsuko Koshiba, a niece Shigeko and a nephew Yasuhiko, all of Japan. Ben was the proprietor of Cannon Coffee Shop for over 40 years and a member of the Hamilton Buddhist Church. Thank you for the support of our dear friends and family. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A private family service will be held at a later date. Thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at St. Joseph's Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. Special thank you to Dr. Deborah Cook and Dr. Eddie Matsumoto.
