Obituary of Bastiaantje (Jane) Klein

KLEIN, Bastiaantje (Jane) Passed away peacefully at Shalom Manor on January 18, 2013 with her family by her side in her 93rd year. Loving wife of the late Daniel. Cherished mother of Anne Meinen, Willem (Hermina) and Lucy Mulder (Herman). Devoted Oma of 8 grandchildren and 13 great- grandchildren. Survived by her sister Nel Hovius in The Netherlands, sisters-in-law Woubiena Huizer, Annie Page, brother-in-law Maarten Koetsier and their families. Jane was a lifetime member of Ebenezer Reformed Church. Special thanks to all the staff at Shalom Manor for their wonderful and amazing care. Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. A private family interment will take place at Mountview Gardens Cemetery. A Memorial Service will be held at Ebenezer Reformed Church, 621 Highway 8 in Stoney Creek on Wednesday January 23, 2013 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society and Shalom Manor in Grimsby would be appreciated.
