Obituary of William Samuel King

KING, William Samuel (Sam) At the Henderson General Hospital on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Jean (McMinn). Beloved father of William and his wife Mary Jane and Linda and her husband Charles Cochlin. Dear brother of Isobel, Betty, Robert and Jim all of Northern Ireland. Predeceased by his parents William and Frances King. Predeceased by his brother George and by his sister Norah. Will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews in Canada, Australia, England and Northern Ireland. Sam was a retired employee of Stelco after 35 years of service and was an avid vintage motorcycle enthusiast. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, December 4 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
