Obituary of Michael James Kindree

KINDREE, Michael James With courage, strength and dignity, we are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our hero, Michael James Kindree, at the Henderson Hospital on Tuesday, July 21, 2009, at the age of 34 years. Soulmate and husband of Margo (Atkinson). Proud father of Mattice. Beloved son of Helen and the late Douglas Kindree. Will be fondly remembered with love by his stepfather, Ross Tarlton. Deeply loved and remembered by his sister Megan (Jeff) and his special "little bro" Matthew. Adored and loved by Margo's family, Millie and Al Atkinson, Laura (Jeff), Emily (Peter) and Stephanie (Pankaj). Amelia, Max and Ewan will always have treasured memories of their Uncle Mike. He will be deeply missed by his extended family, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. His heart is my home. His strength my protection. His love is forever. Mike will be beside me, within me, guiding and protecting me. You are our hero. His gentle spirit, strong hands and sense of humour brought happiness to everyone who knew him. His beautiful brown eyes had wisdom beyond his years. A man of all trades, Mike could fix, build or create anything. His love for his family was paramount followed closely by his passion for teaching, animals, boy toys and the great outdoors. His princess Mattice will always know her father through his loving spirit, kind eyes and family stories. My soulmate, my eternal love, my husband; your heart is my home and my heart is yours forever. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Stoney Creek United Church (corner Lake Ave. and King St. W., Stoney Creek) on Saturday, July 25th at 11 a.m. Interment Caistorville Cemetery. A trust account has been arranged at TD Canada Trust for Michael's daughter, Mattice. Contributions would be greatly appreciated by the family. Condolences may be given at www.donaldvbrown.ca
