Obituary of Bruno Filipetto

FILIPETTO, Bruno Peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital on Saturday October 19, 2013, in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Loretta for 58 years. Loved father of Gary (Karen) and Annette. Loving Grandpa of Bryan and Sarah and Great-Grandpa to Carter and Alex. Dear brother of Fred (Jane, deceased) Bruno was a retired employee of Ford Motor Company and during his retirement enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and volunteering at charity bingos. Special thanks to the staff and nurses at St. Peter’s Hospital. The family would also like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Peter and Carolyn for their care and compassion and to neighbours for all of their help during Bruno’s illness. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday from 3- 5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Incarnation of Our Blessed Lord Church (Barton St. E.
