KILBY, Walter Fredrick

Peacefully in his sleep, on Friday June 16, 2017 at Highgate Retirement Residence, in his 97th year. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy Kilby (nee Allan). Loving father of Carolynn Cooper. Dear grandfather of David and John and much loved great-grandfather of Ethan, Mya and Andrew, all of Brampton.   Walter was a charter member of the Stoney Creek Baptist Church and was a tireless worker in all facets of church work for over 50 years.   Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 from 11 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
