Obituary of Marlene Sundin

It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Marlene, with her family by her side on Monday, May 12, 2014, at the age of 73. Loving wife of Levi for 48 years. Much loved and admired mother of Annette, Lisa, and Deanna. Special Mother-in-Law to Wayne and Bob. Cherished Grandma to Matthew, Natalee, Nolan, Megan, and Nicola. Marlene will be sadly missed by her extended family, many friends, and the FOPs. She was a long time employee of Eaton’s for 25 years. Upon her retirement, Marlene spent her time dancing and volunteering. She was President of the Rosedale Seniors Club, a member of City Lights and the Gael Force Dancers. Family and friends are invited to share their memories at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Thursday, May 15, 2014 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Marlene’s life will take place in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, May 16, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
