Obituary of Robert Rawson Evans

“Yodeling Bob Evans” passed away on February 1st, 2014 at St. Peter’s Hospital with his loving family by his side. Beloved husband of Cora Katherine (Wilson) for over 56 years. Dear father to Robert Evans and Deborah Connors (John). Proud grandfather to Jennifer Brooks (Warren), Michael (Shawntell) and Tyler and his wife Iris of London. Bob will also be missed by Buddy George and Rose Power. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 from 1p.m. to 2:30 p.m. A service will take place immediately following in the Funeral Home Chapel at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hamilton Naval Veterans’ Association (108 Parkdale Ave. N., Hamilton, L8H 5W9) or St. Peter’s Hospital would be greatly appreciated by the family.
