Obituary of Kenneth Arthur Buckle

BUCKLE, Kenneth Arthur At St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke, Ken slipped away on June 1, 2013 at age 71. Free at last after a long and difficult journey with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). Beloved husband of Helen, wife of 48 years. Loving father of Pamela (Graham Henning), Laura (Johnny Margaritis) and Darryl (Luana). Proud Grandpa of Abigail, Shiloh, Esther, Hermes and Hestia. Survived by sister Karene McCarty (the late Bev) and brother Gerald (Aase). Retired elementary teacher with HWDSB. Thank you to many kind caregivers from CBI and St. Peter’s. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Christ Church Woodburn on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Christ Church Woodburn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations to Christ Church Woodburn or the Parkinson Society of Canada for MSA Research would be appreciated.
