Obituary of Robert (Bob) Allan Nordoff

NORDOFF, Robert Allan (Bob) - It is with great sadness that we announce the truly peaceful and dignified passing of a devoted husband, father and grandpa on Thursday, October 11, 2007, at the age of 68. Left to treasure the most precious memories are his beautiful wife of 43 years, Donna, daughter Andrea Boria (Marc) and son Craig (Lori). Forever blessed with his infectious smile and laughter are his adoring grandchildren Lauren, Julia and Jonah Boria with his fourth angel on the way. Beloved brother and brother-in-law of Paul (Flora), Ken (Margaret), Carl, Carla (Gary), Faith, Shirley, Nello (Marie) and Loretta (Kurney). His passion for football was life rewarding and he enriched many lives while playing and coaching. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek, on Sunday, October 14 from 1-3 and 5-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers Sunday at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held at St. Francis Xavier Church, Highway 8 and King Street East, Stoney Creek on Monday, October 15 at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow. In Bob's memory donations to Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Many thanks to Dr. D. Robinson, Dr. A. Woods and the staff on 4th floor at St. Joseph's.
