Obituary of Francis Raymond LeBlanc

LeBLANC Francis Raymond April 25, 1925- July 28, 2013 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a dear husband, father, grandfather, and great- grandfather Francis Raymond LeBlanc. Predeceased by his beloved wife Alice Lillian LeBlanc (2001). Survived by children Byron (Brenda), David (Robin), Dennis (Bonnie), Edie (Kevin), Leslie (Mike), Linda (Paul), Kim (and late husband Laird). Proud grandfather to 20 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his sister Rita, and brothers Lorne and Jim. Francis was a special uncle to Marilyn Winwood (Ken). The family would like to thank the A3 staff at Macassa Lodge for their care and compassion for our dear father. They would also like to extend their gratitude to the Stoney Creek Legion, Branch 622, to which Frank and Alice were dedicated members. Visitation will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday, July 31 from 7-9 p.m., and on Thursday August 1 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., with a Legion Service at 7:30 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, August 2 at 11a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.
