We sadly announce the passing of Gail on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, after a short battle with cancer. She is survived by husband Harold of 65 years, sons Mike and Todd (Dawn), Grandchildren Rachel, Cassie, Bill, Sydney, Jessica, great-grandchildren Lilly-Mae, Myles and Georgina. Predeceased by parents Bill and Beryle Braun. Sisters Cheryle Abbey (Ron), Wendy Groves (Jim). Survived by sister Joanne Syndrey (Bob).

Gail retired as an employee of the Wentworth Board of Education. She was an avid reader and enjoyed hosting family dinners, especially pool barbecues with the grandchildren. As per Gails wishes, cremation has taken place, a private family graveside service will take place at a later date. Memorial donations to the Cancer Assistance Program would be greatly appreciated.
