Obituary of Florence Elizabeth Shields

SHIELDS, Florence Elizabeth Passed away peacefully, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, on Friday, September 2, 2016 at the age of 93. Predeceased by her dear friend Roberta McLay. Will be missed by Lynn Towns and her family along with many friends. She was a loyal member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 622 for many years. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 from 11 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service and Legion Honours at 1 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.
