Passed away peacefully on August 18, 2026 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton at the age of 60.

Beloved husband of Annette for 29 years. Loving father to Samuel, Alice, Bailey, Davida, and Sarah, Andrew, Cody, David Jr., and Mikaila. Dear son of Grace.

David was an avid gamer and enjoyed collecting model motorcycles and duckies. He loved riding bikes, especially Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and enjoyed attending car shows. He was a fan of rock music and had a great love for dogs and animals.

Special thanks to his best friend Mike for staying by his side through many ups and downs, and to Donna for her compassionate care.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Saturday, August 22 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Diabetes Canada would be appreciated by the family.
