It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Kenneth Harvey Cole in the early morning hours of July 28, 2026, at the age of 72.

Beloved and devoted husband of 47 years to Janice Lee Cole (Giberson). He is survived by his two sons, Ryan Cole, his wife Kim and Adam Cole. Much loved grandpa to his three grandchildren, Liam, Garrett, and Payton. Brother to Linda Cook (Jim) and Wendy Bentley (Howie). Predeceased by his parents, Verna Cole (Watt) and Harvey Cole.

Ken had a rare gift for capturing every memory. Whether he was behind the lens for a sunset over a lake, family gatherings, funny moments, or beautiful pictures of his and his wife's garden in the backyard, he always found the true heart of the scene. He spent his life making sure no memory was forgotten, and his legacy will live on through the countless frames of love and life he left behind.

Ken enjoyed retirement after working 20 years at BCL Magnetics, where he made many friends along the way. In retirement, Ken enjoyed riding his motorcycle and being at home spending time with his family.

Ken faced his health challenges head-on in the last 18 months with unwavering determination. He fought with incredible strength and courage during his 10 days in the hospital, but ultimately, his body grew tired and he was called home to rest.

Ken was a gentle giant who leaves behind a void that can never be filled. We are lost without him; he will be missed every single day and loved forever. ❤️

In keeping with Ken's wishes, a private family gathering was held, and cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or by planting a memorial tree in his honor.
