It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mile Desancic at the age of 83. Beloved husband of 58 years to Smilja. Predeceased by his loving son Goran. Cherished father to Tihana (Emidio) and his daughter-in-law Natasha. He will be forever in the hearts of his adored grandchildren, Marko, Novak and Eli. Mile will also be missed by many family, kumovi, and friends in Canada, Bosnia, Serbia, Australia, Sweden and Austria. His big heart helped many people far and wide and he will forever rest in our hearts.

Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, July 15 from 5-8 p,m. Pomen at 7:30 p.m. Interment will be held on Thursday, July 16 at 9:30 a.m, with The Very Reverend Father Djuro Samac officiating at Mountview Gardens Cemetery.
